FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

This Contract is not an insurance policy or guarantee; it is a service contract. The extended warranty is a prolonged warranty that you purchase, that comes into effect after the original factory warranty period expires.

Your rights and obligations under this Contract come into effect from the date of expiry of the manufacturer’s original warranty in relation to the service contract which you have purchased and will continue for a term of twelve (12) months unless expired or otherwise terminated early in accordance with the terms of this Contract.

The serial number is located on a warranty sticker stuck on the indoor unit.

The warranty shall be entered together with a contract for cleaning service to be performed on the Product at least once within six (6) months of the date of the warranty Agreement.

The company shall address any claim within twenty-four (24) hours of the claim being notified to us provided that such claim is made on a day which is not a public holiday or a weekend. However, the dispatching of our authorized service agents shall be subject to the availability of our authorized service agents, and the completion of the repairing and/or replacement process shall be subject to the availability of the spare parts and/or replacement products.

  • In the event that the serial number on the Product has been altered.

  • The Product is still covered by the manufacturer’s original written warranty, repairer’s warranty, or any other warranty in effect.
  • Where an unauthorized technician has repaired the Product during the subsistence of this Contract.

The Contract will terminate automatically either upon the expiry of the term of this Contract, or upon replacement of the Product.
